START OF MY JOURNEY

Hey there! I'm thrilled to have you on my personal training journey.

With 5 years experience, I've had the incredible opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives through fitness and wellness.
My journey in the world of fitness has been dynamic and diverse. I've guided individuals through transformative personal training sessions, led energetic and engaging group classes, and even specialized in kickboxing – both one-on-one and in group settings. Additionally, I've crafted invigorating outdoor bootcamps that challenge both body and mind, helping clients discover their full potential. My commitment to continuous learning is a cornerstone of my approach.

QUALIFICATIONS
I've honed my skills through various personal training courses, including certifications from renowned institutions like the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Powerlifting Instructor (KNKF), and Fitvak A (Start2Move). Furthermore, I've successfully completed the Menno Henselmans PT course, a comprehensive program deeply rooted in evidence-based principles derived from scientific research. Elevating my expertise, I've also undertaken advanced courses through N1 Education. This specialized education has fine-tuned my abilities in tailored exercise, precise periodization, and optimizing nutritional strategies

As a third-year physiotherapy student, I blend the art and science of movement to create holistic training experiences. I'm not just about reps and sets; I'm dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential, move better, and live healthier.
